  22. ZIP'R (pronounced "zipper") Pro is a hard drive utility designed to
  23. automatically decompress an entire program before it is executed, launch the
  24. program, and compress it after it is exited, all accomplished within the
  25. Windows environment.  This process saves valuable hard drive space by storing
  26. programs in compressed form when they are not in use.  ZIP'R Pro even achieves
  27. a substantial amount of compression on hard drives that already use an on-the-
  28. fly compression program, such as Stacker, SuperStor, or DoubleSpace!  ZIP'R
  29. Pro can use an existing compression program such as PKZIP / PKUNZIP, ARJ, or
  30. LHA, or it can use internal compression routines that are compatible with
  31. PKZIP 2.0!

  40. version of ZIP'R Pro.  In order to encourage you to register, we are
  41. distributing only minimal documentation.  When you register ZIP'R Pro, you
  42. will receive a printed manual with complete information about features.  The
  43. help file is online to assist you with setting up ZIP'R Pro and using it
  44. properly, but in order to receive printed documentation, you MUST register.

  93. To get ZIP'R Pro up and running in a hurry, follow these Quick-Start
  94. instructions:
  95.  
  96.  
  97. 1.  Run the Install program by typing "INSTALL" at a DOS prompt.  Follow the
  98.     instructions that are given.  (Note to OS/2 users only:  When installing
  99.     ZIP'R Pro from a floppy diskette, make sure that the floppy diskette is
  100.     not write-protected, or the install process could report errors.  There
  101.     appears to be a conflict in this area (only under OS/2), and we are
  102.     currently working on resolving it.)

  105. 2.  Reboot your machine to ensure that any changes made by the Install program
  106.     to your AUTOEXEC.BAT file have taken effect.
  107.  
  108.  
  109. 3.  Create a new icon for ZIP'R Pro within Program Manager, and execute ZIP'R
  110.     Pro (ZPROWIN.EXE).  Select File, New, and create a new .ZPW file.
  111.  
  112.  
  113. 4.  Once you have created a .ZPW file, it will appear within the ZIP'R Pro
  114.     window.  Double-click on the icon to run the program.  When you exit the
  115.     program, ZIP'R Pro will automatically compress it.

  123. ZIP'R Pro is distributed under the shareware concept.  You may try ZIP'R Pro
  124. for a period of two weeks.  After this period, you must either discontinue
  125. using it, or register it.  A single-user license is only $49.95 (+$5.00 S&H in
  126. the U.S., or $12.50 S&H on Foreign Orders).  This price includes a printed
  127. manual, 3 1/2" and 5 1/4" diskettes, along with a Registration Name and Number
  128. allowing you to register your copy of ZIP'R Pro.

  134. To receive a temporary registration number over the telephone, call STSI at
  135. (218) 924-2050, and charge it to your Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or
  136. Discover credit card.  Upon request, you will receive a temporary registration
  137. name and number over the telephone that can be used until you receive your
  138. actual registration package in the mail.  This will allow the modification
  139. and/or removal of the prelog delay time, along with any nag screens.
